Content should earn attention, not extract it.

Storytelling, education, technology explanation, and content systems became a professional foundation that now supports Fabián’s work in Product and AI.

Content philosophy

Attention is something to respect.

I have always treated attention as something that has to be earned. The goal is to research, explain, teach, or tell a story well enough that the time someone spends with the work gives something back: understanding, a useful decision, a skill, or a stronger connection to a larger mission.

Formats and distribution are tools, not the purpose. At Platzi, the work helped people understand technology and supported a mission of education in Latin America. At La Haus, it helped prospective buyers understand consequential decisions. In disc golf, it helped communities understand and participate in the development of an accessible sport.

That same principle continues in independent work: make the idea clear, respect the audience, and help people understand or act.

Career evolution

From publishing stories to building teams and systems.

Four concise stages show how production, international technology education, measurement, and leadership accumulated over time.

  1. Poblano.mx — editorial origins

Interviews, local stories, WordPress, SEO, analytics, photography, video, and a weekly editorial calendar developed the first instincts for understanding an audience and publishing with purpose.

Interviewing · audience understanding · early digital publishing
  2. Platzi audiovisual — technology education

Strategy, scripting, recording, editing, and distribution became a way to make technical ideas useful and support learning rather than simply promote it.

Technical explanation · scripting · recording · editing · distribution
  3. Silicon Valley — international technology translation

Weekly programming, interviews, partnerships, and editorial work connected technology and startup subjects from the Bay Area with audiences across Latin America.

  4. Platzi inbound — systems and leadership

The work expanded from individual production into team building, experimentation, attribution, measurement, and repeatable cross-platform operations.

    • 3× YouTube views during the early-pandemic strategy change
    • 50% organic attribution in Q1 2021

Current work

The medium changes. The work is still about helping people understand and act.

Fabián now applies this foundation to product building, adoption, applied AI, and the systems that connect useful ideas with real users.
